Haiti

When I first heard the news about Haiti, my first thought was why there of all places? I mean this because Haiti is the poorest country, and then on top of that this disaster happened there. The last statement from the European Union says that there are 200,000 people dead from this hurricane. Also, 1.5 people are now homeless. So many people that were already struggling to survive are struggling even more now. Being the poorest country will make it even harder to restore everything that was damaged. Many people are donating money and trying to help the people of Haiti, but it will take a very long time for all the damge to be repaired.
