poverty
The statistics shown in the articles are quite shocking. It shows how that resources are not truly the problem when it comes to poverty. It is the unequal method of distribution of these goods that throws the balance. Even in the same countries there are people that are super wealthy and also there are people in rural areas that are living way below the poverty line. The statistics where the top one percent had more money than the bottom 57 percent is very eye opening. Overall I believe that more people need to be aware of this but when it comes to solving this issue, it will be very hard for america to achieve.

I totally agree with you Eric. I don't think that the problem is we don't have the resources, but that we don't share it. And I agree that it would be hard for Americans especially to give up their materialistic lifestyle to help those in need.
