End of Poverty
It was hard to elaborate on many of the points in the article, because i did not have the opportunity to read the rest of the book. However, I did enjoy reading the facts. At first when it talked about countries vowing to give .7% of their income to international poverty i was disappointed that the USA only contributed around .3%. Then i checked the graph and the USA spent by far the most money compared to all of the other countries. Then i began to think about where all of the money is going to, since our country is so very prosperous. I decided my opinion is we are spending much too much money in Iraq and that is where the US can have more spending money.
