Global Policy Response

This article is telling us about how the people who are living in Rwanda and former Yugoslavic countries commited acts of murder and the Internarional Crimes Court is deciding whether to charge them or not. This sparked an issue of debate about acts of genocide and homicide and other acts of this nature to be considered carried out to do aggression. The article tehn talks about how the ICC and other international courts carry out their duties.

I think that to stop these things from happening we must eliminate poverty and that will bring peace with it. This issue brings the world together because many countries would like to help warring areas and this will bring us together so we can be peaceful with each other.
