The Mission

The Mission was really one mission. I learned about how colonies happened and how why colonizers acted the way they did. I don't think I will change my mind about how I feel about people deciding that they are the 'Almighty Great Ones' and decide to split the world in half or pieces like pizza to divide to everyone. Then, they feel that they have the 'Absolute Right' or Divine Right, to take and own land like they were playing Monopoly. I still feel angered at the fact that they couldn't even have the decency to act humane. People were slaughtered, taken from their homes, and forced into slavery and/or labor. I would like to learn more about the process of how people can come together and do this. Watching this movie gave me a general understanding, though.
