World is Flat Response
From what I have seen, this video is really well put together and makes his explanation of globalization interesting. I was happy to hear some of his views about the exceleration of globalization, and how he believes that it is upon us at a very fast pace. He expressed his thought that America was not the most industrialized country, which is a new thought, but made me think about the different countries in the world. I was happy to hear about his stories of him being in India, because it allowed me to see that he has, first hand, experienced different countries around the world and is able to compare them. His view that the world is "flat", because all countries are on somewhat of the same level and all have the opportunity to be industralized, really shines light on the fact that globalization really can be a good thing. He showed his audience that globalization was able to bring all the countries in the world to somewhat of the same speed.
