Response to The World Is Flat

I found this lecture very interesting in that he compared himself to Columbus and from that built off of that idea that he was discovering new things and making realizations. I liked the part when he said that at McDonalds they stream your order and picture to someone in India and from there they take down the order and match your picture. That is so weird because they do it so well that you feel that the person who gives you your food is the person who you are talking to.
