I read two posts, one about Turkey's constitution and one about America's constitution. The enlightenment words used in both were actually quite similar. In the post about Turkey, it said that they had "Equality before the law" and "Property Rights". Then in the American constitution, there was "Establishing Justice" which is something Beccaria stated.
