Galileo Galilei
Galileo was born in Italy in 1564 and grew to become a great scientist. he combined the role of observer and a theorist and cinched the Copernican-keplerian Universe with empiricle thoughts. When first looked through his new dutch invention AKA a telescope he first used it to look at the mountains on the moon. he was amazed. Before tis the moon was thought just to be made of glass. then he saw the 5 moons of jupiter and was equally amazed. throughout his life he made many scientificle discoveries that would chane the world.

I think it is ridiculous how much Galileo found out for his time and with the amount of resources that he had. He paved the way for so many scientists and it makes me wonder that if he were alive now, what he would be able to figure out. Or if he had the resources we have now and he did his studies then, if he would have figured out something else. It is a shame what the church did to him though.
