Suicide Bombings in Iraq

Since the US invaded Iraq, there has been a lot about suicide bombers on the news. This article is about two suicide bombings that several important buildings and made Iraqi citizens wonder if they were truly safe. These two bombings in Baghdad left 155 people dead and a lot more injured.
In class we've been talking about power and the person. Power in Iraq has shifted drastically since the US invasion. We talked about changing governments when we studied the Enlightenment, but no recent power struggles. Do you think that power struggles in Iraq are more real and powerful because this is going on now? Weapons are far more advanced than they were years ago, and I think that that makes it easier for unhappy people to fight back. What are people's thought on this?
