Ghana Helping Uganda Improve their Government

This article stood out to me first of all because I saw that it was talking about democracy, and that was something we have studied. It also stood out to me because it was partly about Ghana and since I just finished studying about Ghana it appealed to me. Basically, Ghana is trying to help Uganda improve their democracy by trying to promote an independent parliament, strengthen political parties and encourage free competition between them.
