Spain to Deliver Message to Cuba from Obama

I went on the online newspaper Barcelona Reporter and this headline stood out to me. Basically, Obama met with the Spanish Prime Minister, Jose Zapatero, and asked him to send a message to Cuba urging President Castro to take steps to improve human rights. This was October 13th 2009, which is current, and I'm surprised that this meeting isn't common knowledge to the public of the US because it is quite interesting and a very important step in improving Cuba and their obvious flaws in government.
