Industrial Revolution response

The Industrial Revolution was a time of many inventions. Factory life came into being, and there were many agricultural advances. I think that the invention part of it was good, and also the agricultural advances. These helped feed people and they had better technology. (Without these inventions, where would we be today?) At least the middle class was doing better, which was good. However, the lower/working class was not. Some of these inventions, like the cloth-weaving machine, made factory work possible, and people stopped doing these things at home. This meant that they had to work at factories. Factory work was not good. It usually had horrible conditions, long hours, and low wages. Even women and young children worked in these conditions. I don't think that that was very fair. But then there were some laws for better working conditions that were passed, which i think was good. So i like the industrial revolution and i don't like it.
