UNESCO Report Article Response

Personally, I believe education is one of the most basic rights. Knowledge is a powerful thing, and in today's incredibly competitive world, any advantage is a good one. The marginalized people live at a very different level though, they are the poorest of the poor. It is hard for them to worry about their next meal, let alone schooling. Is this right, is this just? There was a quote in this report that tied in perfectly, I believe it was Nelson Mandela who said, paraphrasing, that it is not that the world is unjust and unfair, it is that there are so many injustices that we have the tools and resources to fix. Marginalized education is one of them.
