Cuban Revolution

This article is very helpful in answering some questions I had about the Cuban revolution. It names all the main "rebels" who worked with Fidel Castro and also explain the government before Batista. It also explains some causes for the huge gap between the rich and the poor and why the wealth didn't trickle down. I highly recommend it if anyone has any questions.

    this article mentioned that before castro's rule, the sugar industry was booming and that the poor had to look for jobs such as prostitution. this reminded me of the man and woman from yo soy cuba. do you think the reason the sugar industry was doing so well was because they took land from poor people like they did in the movie?
    this was a really helpful article and it definitely answered some questions i had.
